{"id":10703,"date":"2018-08-23T16:46:36","date_gmt":"2018-08-23T16:46:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/buscenter.travel\/?page_id=10703"},"modified":"2020-11-12T15:54:38","modified_gmt":"2020-11-12T15:54:38","slug":"disabled-passengers-and-passengers-with-reduced-mobility","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/buscenter.travel\/en\/disabled-passengers-and-passengers-with-reduced-mobility\/","title":{"rendered":"Disabled Passengers and Passengers with Limited Mobility"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">In order to guarantee the rights of the disabled passengers or passengers with limited mobility, Buscenter s.r.l. and Interbus In s.p.a, in conformity with art. 11 Chapter III of Regulation\u00a0(UE) n.181\/2011, provide non-discriminatory travelling conditions for disabled passengers or passengers with limited mobility, based on the national and international legislation that protect their rights.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">You may refer to these conditions as they are reported in the following EU directives<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/LexUriServ\/LexUriServ.do?uri=OJ:L:2011:055:0001:0012:EN:PDF\">REGULATION (EU) No 181\/2011 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 February 2011<\/a><\/b><i><i>;<\/i><\/i><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/disabilities\/documents\/convention\/convention_accessible_pdf.pdf\"><b>United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities 12.2006<\/b><\/a><i>;<br \/>\n<\/i><\/li>\n<li><b><a href=\"http:\/\/quattrozampe.provincia.savona.it\/sites\/quattrozampe.provincia.savona.it\/files\/allegati\/leggi\/01bis_Legge37_14febbraio1974.pdf\">Law n. 37 del 14.02.1974<\/a><\/b><i>.\u00a0<\/i>(This piece of Italian Legislation does not currently have an English translation, but we have linked a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.egdfed.org\/output\/1\/images\/files\/Guide%20Dogs%20report%20from%20EPRS.pdf\">document<\/a>\u00a0from the European Parliamentary Research Service outlining the key points. See page 21 for relevant information)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Disabled passengers and passengers with limited mobility can request information about the journey and the travelling conditions by calling our Customer Service on +39\u00a0<span lang=\"it-IT\">06 164160 or by writing to\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"it-IT\"><a href=\"mailto:info@buscenter.it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">info@buscenter.it<\/a><\/span><span lang=\"it-IT\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">To allow Bus Centre S.R.L and Interbus In S.P.A to comply with the obligations provided by the previously mentioned legislation, we reccomend you contact the Company before making any reservation in order to receive all necessary information regarding the travelling conditions we can or cannot ensure.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">In Italy, the body responsible for the application of EU Regulation n.181\/2011 is the\u00a0<strong>Transport Ragulatory Authority<\/strong>. If Buscenter S.R.L and Interbus In S.P.A do not comply with the provisions outlined in the European regulations and do not provide any response to the complaint within the prescribed delays, passenger has right to make a second instance claim with the <strong>Transport Regulatory Authority<\/strong>.
