If the bus is more than 120 minutes late, the passenger is invited to contact our call center ( or to write an email to reclami@buscenter.it) and to choose from the following options:<\/p>\n

a) waiting for the late bus or take an alternative bus provided by Buscenter<\/p>\n

b) take an alternative transportation service<\/p>\n

c) ask for a refund according to the European law.<\/p>\n

What ever the passenger decides between the 3 options the other two are excluded.<\/p>\n
