- The option to change your preassigned seat reservation will come after the payment process.
- We generally accept pets (only cats and dogs) with a maximum weight of 10 kilos. Legally qualified guide dogs are permitted on all services.
With Tickets Bought through our Website…
- If you have purchased a ticket with a Buscenter account, you may amend or exchange the ticket for a voucher (minus booking fee) through the Buscenter portal anytime up until 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. Please note, tickets that have already been amended cannot be converted into a voucher. If exchanging a voucher, you are limited to the journey options given to you through the Buscenter portal. The new ticket must be at least €2 of higher value than the voucher, and you will be charged accordingly for the increase of value.
- If you have purchased a ticket without a Buscenter account, you can only amend the ticket through the Buscenter portal anytime up until 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.
With Tickets Bought through our Call Center…
- If you have purchased a ticket through our call center, you can only amend the ticket through the Buscenter portal anytime up until 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.
With Tickets Bought through a Ticket Office/Travel Agent…
- If you have purchased a ticket through a third party ticket office/travel agent, you can amend the ticket through the Buscenter portal, or receive a refund (minus booking fee) from the ticket office/travel agent itself anytime up until 30 minutes before the scheduled departure
