If the bus is more than 120 minutes late, the passenger is invited to contact our call center ( or to write an email to email@example.com) and to choose from the following options:
a) waiting for the late bus or take an alternative bus provided by Buscenter
b) take an alternative transportation service
c) ask for a refund according to the European law.
What ever the passenger decides between the 3 options the other two are excluded.
