What happens if the bus arrives at the pick up point more than 120 minutes late?

If the bus is more than 120 minutes late, the passenger is invited to contact our call center ( or to write an email to reclami@buscenter.it) and to choose from the following options:

a) waiting for the late bus or take an alternative bus provided by Buscenter

b) take an alternative transportation service

c) ask for a refund according to the European law.

What ever the passenger decides between the 3 options the other two are excluded.
